North Ayrshire is divided into 17 Community Council Areas. Irvine Community Council takes in the below area outlined in bright red.
This includes the entirety of the KA12 Postcode area as well as all areas indicated below. If you live within this boundary we are your community representatives, you are also eligible to join us as a community councillor and we’d always love to hear from anyone interested.
Unfortunately, the nature of Irvine’s layout means that there are areas that are still in Irvine that are sadly outside of our defined boundary. Whilst there are currently no active Community Councils representing some of these areas, North Ayrshire Council are always keen to hear from members of the community that may want to express an interest in forming one. We understand the frustrations from members of the community when we are unable to help due to boundary restrictions but hopefully some day soon there will be formal community representation througout all of North Ayrshire.
